Keith LeGrand is an Assistant Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN USA. He received the Ph.D. degree in aerospace engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA. Prior to that, he was a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he conducted research in inertial navigation, space systems, and multiobject tracking. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in aerospace engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is the recipient of the U.S. DoD National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship (2021) and multiple best paper awards at the International FUSION Conference. His research interests include multisensor, multiobject tracking, space domain awareness, and information theory.
